After interviewing several companies to repair the hail damage our house sustained, I decided that Benchmark was the logical choice. The deciding factor for choosing Benchmark was that Mr. Sam Guzman took an extra step the other companies failed to take; he explained how and why they would personalize our repair based upon what the house needed to ensure a long-lasting, trouble-free repair. Sam explained what a basic “what the eye can see repair” would entail, along with options to repair unseen damage that may be uncovered once the old roof and siding were removed. Sam ensured we had the information we would need if such a situation occurred. Equally impressive was that his team consistently arrived onsite at the agreed-upon time, often a few minutes early, and got to work! I couldn’t have made a better decision in choosing Benchmark. Excellent quality work, great communication, and a fair price. I highly recommend Benchmark and would hire them without hesitation for a future project.

We had the pleasure of working with Armani and Nathaniel to replace the roof and gutters of our 4 unit condo building. We were given stringent requirements and deadlines to meet in order to obtain coverage with a new insurance carrier. The team at Benchmark Exteriors listened to our situation and rearranged their schedule to complete our work in record time. Not only did they do the work exceptionally quickly, but they went above and beyond the call of duty and diagnosed and addressed an issue in the ventilation for one of our rooms. They noticed that the box vent we had before was likely interacting poorly with one mirroring it on the neighbor's side. They replaced it with a ridge vent and the room has been noticeably cooler since. Additionally, they fixed a soffit that had been blown up by the wind on the 3rd story where we were unable to reach it ourselves. They also repaired previous damage made by a chimney company to our chimney fascia. Everything looks great, everyone was pleasant to work with, and they did a thorough job cleaning up the debris created by removing the previous two layers of shingles. Armani answered calls and emails promptly. We interacted primarily with Nathaniel on site. They were both very pleasant and happy to answer our questions and concerns. Both communicated clearly and effectively. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Benchmark Exteriors to others in need of roof work!
