    I called asked one question the man didn't let me finished the question and hung up on me... Very rude

    They need to be rated a negative. Horrible, disrespectful agents. They talked to me like I was their friend that they was mad at b/c they didn't have the time to listen. Called back twice, two other agents hung up when I asked for a supervisor. Then some lead wanted to address my concern. Just terrible. All of them need to be fired & they need to start over. I work in customer service & yes some people try me but I bet they won't b able to tell it by the way I assist them, not with an attitude & hanging up on people. & who ever write these responses, something need to be done to them. A government entity with a 1, if negative could be a possibility, that's what they need. The whole operation need to be rebooted. They sorry, lazy & miserable.

    I have been trying to cancel insurance since 2024. I work full time and have insurance through my employer. I have submitted the proper documentation and yet I am still getting flagged when I file my taxes as having insurance throug this program. I no longer live in GA and have not since Juy 2024. I cannot get anyone to assist me. customer service reps are rude and unhelpful.

    Georgia took over and started their own marketplace which only works on the individual insurance level. If you are looking for group benefits as an employer, you cannot access the marketplace at all. 2 years now I have been unable to find an agent who is certified and able to quote Georgia SHOP plans. Without an agent, you can’t purchase them. Just give it back to the Feds please. You really dropped the ball here.
